Trash Collection Contest

Do you see trash all around your neighborhood? 

Our Girl Scout troop is hosting a trash collection contest as a part of our Bronze Award Project. The contest will run from May 15th through May 30th. You can report the amount of trash (number of pieces) collected any time during those two weeks. The team with the most trash will receive a $25 gift card to Bedford Farms!

Rules

1. All trash must be collected and reported between May 15th and May 30th, 2021. 

2. All trash must be litter to be counted- it cannot be taken out of a trash can. 

3. Please collect trash safely, do not collect trash where it is dangerous. 

4. Please follow COVID-19 Safety guidelines while collecting trash.

5. Please dispose of the trash properly after you have collected. 

6. Please count the number of pieces of trash that you have collected. 

7. The team who collected the largest number of pieces will be the winner. 

8. The trash should not be torn or ripped to get more pieces. 

9. Reporting is on your honor. 

10. The team with the most trash will receive a $25 gift card to Bedford Farms.
